Where is My God?

In May,we prayed to get out of debt, we were offered the chance to live in a home rent and utility free...then we went out to dinner with a couple and that night, the first official time we had ever met, they offered Daniel to stay in their guest room in Dallas for free.
Then they offered their skills as a graphic designer free of charge, we now know these people God has put in our lives as (Chad & Dina) Chad is working with Daniel on our ministry web page to get it up and running!
People have given us free hotels to stay in on our travels and free plane tickets to get where we need to go...then God asked me if I wanted to go to Washington D.C. to stand with Christians United for Israel and I said Yes, but I put some blockers in the way. God I need a plane ticket, I need a place to stay, I need childcare, then I found out there was a $200 dollar registration. I need two hundred dollars!
One by one the Lord has knocked all of my mountains out of the way. The kid's are being taken care of,my Hula teacher gave me my plane ticket and his son lives in Washington D.C. and I will be staying with him and his wife. On Sunday I had some teenage boy's from youth group pray with me and a pastor for God to provide and Monday Daniel called from Dallas and said he got my registration money.
Then I asked God why am I going to this...these people are scheduling us for private meetings with leaders and congressmen, I know nothing of politics. Then the Lord reminded me...The Bible commands us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6), to speak out for Zion’s sake (Isaiah 62:1), to be watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem (Isaiah 62:6) and to bless the Jewish people (Genesis 12:3). These and so many other verses of the Bible that have one overriding message-- as Christians we have a Biblical obligation to defend Israel and the Jewish people in their time of need. Go in obedience to my word and to receive a blessing on your life. And who couldn't use that!
Just because God hasn't dropped $100,000.00 dollars in my lap to get notoneinneed.com off the ground, doesn't mean he hasn't been ordering our steps all along! In fact while I have been writing this, a lady from my new church offered for her and her teenage daughter to take my kid's to the zoo and the park while I am gone. And she want's to pay their way. God is so good.

Make it a great day and look back and see what God HAS been doing in your life. And if Jesus is not the king in your life...pray and ask him to reign within you and get in a BIBLE based church...today is the day of salvation! Tomorrow may never come for you. Be excited God will take you places you just would never believe. It is the goodness of God that leads us to repentance.
